THERE ARE ENOUGH COMPLAINTS TO TAKE ACTION AND STAY ON THEIR TRAIL FOR THE AUTHORITIES TO RUN THEM OUT EVERY TIME THEY START UP AGAIN. BUT..... THAT COULD TAKE PRECIOUS TIME FROM OUR AUTHORIES LOOKING FOR MISSING CHILDREN AND SUCH. I BELEIVE THERE DAY WILL COME, HARD TOO. JUST DO NOT ANSWER.
